This Privacy Policy describes how Autokinisi Parts (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects the personal data of visitors to autokinisiparts.gr (the “Website”), in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Greek Law 4624/2019.

When you visit the Website, our servers may automatically record your IP address, browser type, time of visit and the referring page. This information is used for security purposes and to prevent abuse (e.g. rate limiting on the contact form).

3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

Responding to your requests: The contact form data is used solely to respond to your request. Legal basis: your explicit request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Website security: Technical data and Cloudflare Turnstile verification are used to prevent malicious traffic. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Traffic analysis and advertising: The use of Google Analytics and Google Ads is based on your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time from the cookie banner.

4. Recipients of the Data

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for advertising purposes. To provide our services we use the following processors:

Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — Website hosting, sending emails from the contact form, and the Turnstile service for visitor verification. Carried out under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Prismic SAS (France) — content management system (CMS) used to publish information on the Website.
Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Analytics and Google Ads services for traffic analysis and measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns (only where consent is given).

5. Retention Period

Contact form data: Kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and up to 12 months afterwards, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention (e.g. tax legislation if a contract is concluded).
Technical log files: Up to 30 days for security reasons.
Statistics/advertising cookies: According to the lifetimes set by Google (up to 24 months).
